Who are the administrators on the system?
The NT's People and Culture Department manage the system. The People Advisors and the People Policy and Engagement Partner manage the system day-to-day. Security settings ensure that reports are only read by the relevant People Advisor and People Business Partner. Those looking at diversity monitoring data and analysing the type and frequency of reports access anonymised data and do not have access to report details.
The NT takes GDPR and confidentiality very seriously and access measures are in place so that only a very restricted number of NT staff will work directly with the anonymised data.
Can anyone outside of the NT see my report or data?
No. Report and Support has been built with complex encryption that means the site's developers Culture Shift cannot view any reports on the system.
How secure is the data and information sent through the system?
Data held on Report and Support is GDPR compliant and further information about how data is collected and stored is outlined in the Privacy Notice. The system has been security tested by both the developer, Culture Shift, and by the National Theatre.
There is no way for anyone at the NT see any identifying information about a reporter such as their IP address, location or device type. This means the person reporting gets to choose what they share and what they don’t and can feel confident that if they choose to report anonymously there is no way for them to be identified.
The NT’s IT team including our cyber security specialist were impressed with the complex security on Report and Support, which is above and beyond other similar products
How long is data sorted on the system?
We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil purposes we collected it for as outlined in the Privacy Notice here.
