Telling us anonymously helps to build a picture of what is happening around the NT and informs our preventative work around unacceptable behaviour. However our ability to take direct action based on an anonymous report is limited. Please note you won’t get a response to your report unless you activate the 2-way messaging option at the end of the form.
Reporting should take 5 - 10 minute. Every question has a "Prefer not to say" option.
All reports go to the NT’s People and Culture department. Your report will be treated confidentially and in line with our privacy notice.
Alternatively instead of completing this form, you could choose to speak to your line manager, Company Stage Manager, another manager in your working area or a head of department, and they will liaise with the People and Culture team. Or you can email people@nationaltheatre.org.uk to set up a time to meet with a member of the team to talk through your incident or concern.
